Prototype - Residential Truss Layout for Houses
After working in the building industry on house software for over fourteen years, we are currently prototyping a new application suitable for very fast house drafting and scheduling. The software reads two dimensional house layouts and then draws complete structures from them.
Following wall insertion and the roof shape, roof trusses are inserted using pre-defined spacing rules. Currently we insert trusses using a hip end, truncated girder layout although we plan on putting more layouts in place soon. The software has tools that allow manual manipulation and insertion of trusses so that a required layout can be achieved if modification is required.
It uses our online graphics engine which has been continually refined and improved for over a decade. The graphics engine is also part of MySys, which includes mechanisms for simple generation of drawings, reports (including BOM), work flows, quoting and project management. It allows the building to be shown and manipulated in web browsers, and is a very solid foundation for new building or engineering companies.

Creative patios that match your house!
Our patio software was designed to make patios wrap around existing structures, typically houses. We believe that drawing the new patio wrapped around the shape of someone's house helps clients get a really good idea of how it will look in real life. The ability to give potential buyers a view of their house with the patio attached provides an excellent sales tool. The software is simple to use and is intuitive so drawing and modifying during the sales process is easy and can be done on the spot.
The software lives within our MySys software which makes quoting simple and also allows images from the software to become part of your quote. The software runs in an Internet enabled web browser and is simple to learn. The patios are modelled to Australian standard, using both lookup tables and structural engineering analysis, both of which lead to highly accurate quoting and a much reduced sales to build time. Our software attends to every detail from an accurate and attractive graphical display to BOM, reports and construction drawings. Mobile apps - Android, Apple, Windows
Alltraders have been making mobile applications for several years. Our apps have been deployed to corporate clients to solve corporate needs.
Recently we have started writing apps using C# within Xamarin. This means that our apps can be easily deployed to Android, Apple and Windows without having to write three versions of the app. Many of our team are experienced C# programmers, so using Xamarin has been a good choice to adopt.
Our first app in 2011 was for an engineering company in Western Australia who wanted their staff to be able to record soil tests on a site map. It went so well that their site inspections became far cheaper as they were much faster to do. Clients were amazed that the data was reaching them in real time as the inspections were being performed.
We are currently writing a quoting application for hardware for agricultural equipment. The app links to an online sales system and quotes are mapped against inventory levels and data is shared to the main office instantly.

A leap forward in web based detailing and quoting
Is designing and detailing taking up an inordinate amount of time in your sales process?
Having a web-based quoting system has many benefits, including access by many users from many locations, with minimal computing requirements and reduced application support and maintenance.
